This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Lily Grace Homes are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Entries are accepted in person only during the Grand Opening Event at Pecan Crossings. The event will take place on December 13, 2025 from 11 AM to 4 PM. No purchase or contract with Lily Grace Homes is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
The entry period begins on December 13, 2025 at 11 AM and ends on December 13, 2025 at 4 PM. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
One winner will receive a 5 qt KitchenAid Mixer with a copper bowl. The approximate full retail value is $499. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or substitutions.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries. The selected winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, Lily Grace Homes may select an alternate winner.
The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize. Lily Grace Homes is not responsible for any additional costs related to the acceptance or use of the prize.
